How do I store Primor purées and syrups?

Purées need refrigeration and should be kept cold from the moment they arrive. Syrups are shelf stable and stay good at room temperature until opened, then refrigerate.

What is the difference between a purée and a syrup?

Purées are thicker, contain more fruit content, and are built for smoothies, sauces, and baking. Syrups are shelf stable, pour easily, and are built for cocktails, coffee, and lemonades. Both are made with real fruit.

How much product should I use?

For drinks, start with 1 to 2 oz of purée or 1 oz of syrup per serving and adjust to taste. For cooking and baking, follow the recipe as written since both work as a direct fruit replacement.

Can I mix purées and syrups in one order?

Yes. Bulk discounts apply to your total bottle count, so mixing counts toward the same tier.

Do you ship nationwide, and is shipping free?

Syrups ship at room temperature. Purées ship cold and may arrive slightly warm, which is normal. Refrigerate them on arrival.
