Are Primor Fruit Purees concentrates?

No, they aren’t. Primor Fruit Purees are “single-strength”, which means aside from straining, no dilution or concentration processes are applied. This ensures you get a high quality puree that still maintains the exact flavor profile of the fruit. Boom.

What are the advantages of fruit purees vs fresh fruits?

It’s undeniable fresh fruits are great. Fruit purees, however, offer plenty of advantages:

Can I dilute Primor Fruit Purees?

Absolutely. We recommend a ratio of 1 part puree per 3 parts other liquids for most applications. For most drinks, you’ll use around 3 fl oz.

Can I reduce Primor Fruit Purees?

Definitely. Primor Fruit Purees tolerate heat well.

Do I need a blender to use Primor Fruit Purees?

Most applications don't require blenders.

What is the list of ingredients of Primor Fruit Purees?

Like most high-end fruit purees, Primor Fruit Purees have a short list of ingredients: 67% Fruit, 32% Cane Sugar, 0.5% Citric Acid, 0.5% Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). We never use high-fructose corn, beet sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Are Primor Fruit Purees suitable for diabetics?

No.

Can you drink the puree straight from the bottle or do you need to add water?

We recommend adding three parts water per one part puree. You can make more than twenty 12 fl oz juices from just one bottle (3 fl oz puree + 9 fl oz water).

Do Primor Fruit Purees need to be refrigerated?

Primor Fruit Purees can be kept frozen (for maximum shelf life) or refrigerated. We recommend keeping them refrigerated for ease of use.

Are Primor Fruit Purees pasteurized?

No, we never apply heat to our purees. This ensures color and flavor stay intact.

What’s the texture like? Is it watery or thick?

It’s thick. It will vary though depending on the fruit. Pink Guava, for instance, is thicker than lime which makes sense considering how different these fruits are.

Do Primor Fruit Purees come with seeds?

No, our purees are smooth. They don't have seeds or any other solids.

Why are Primor Fruit Purees considerably less expensive than its alternatives?
